Dear Customers!


Here are a few very fine and special recipes of non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage made from coffee. With these recipes we want you to help special coffees, coffee drinks, cocktails, refreshments preparation. This will allow to know more and more flavors and varieties and try out our coffees.



African coffee

Ingredients:(2 glasses)

  • 2,5 dl cold espresso
  • 4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • 8 teaspoons evaporated milk
  • ice cubes

Making: We shake the evaporated milk, the chocolate syrup and the coffee in the shaker. We pour to an old fashioned glass on the rocks.



Vienna coffee

Ingredients:(4 persons)

  • 1/2 cup/100 g chocolate
  • 4 spoons/60 ml cream diluted with milk
  • 2 1/2 cups/550 ml hot, strong coffee
  • 2/3 cup/150 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon/5 g sugar

Making: Melt the chocolate carefully. Mix to it the diluted milk. Slowly fill it with the coffee and whip it. Keep it warm. After this whip the cream with the sugar. Pour the coffee to the warmed cups and put the cream on the top.

Decorate with cinnamon and cocoa.



Caffé Latte

(Caffé au Lait) The most popular breakfast drink in Italy and France.

Ingredients:(1 glass)

  • 1 cup of strong coffee
  • 3 cups hot milk

Making: Pour the coffee to the glass and mix the hot milk to it.

The vanilla Caffé Latte is also beloved. When we make this then we boil the cold milk with a little vanilla.



Cappuccino (The classic milk coffee.)

Ingredients:(1 cup)

  • 6 gr coffee
  • 0,8-1 dl fat milk
  • cocoa or cinnamon for the decorating.

Making: We pour the milk to a steaming pot and we are steaming until it will have a foam on the top. We make a strond espresso and pour to the cappuccino sup. We fill the steamed milk to the cup and after it put the foam on the top. At the the end we can decorate with cocoa or cinnamon.

The perfect cappuccino made from one part coffee, one part milk and one part foam.



Chocolate coffee


  • 5 dkg chocolate
  • 1 spoon water
  • 5 dl really strong coffee
  • sugar

Making: We brake the chocolate to small parts, after pour the water to it and melt it slow fire. When it is ready then mix it to a cream. We pour the coffee to it and mix it. We can put sugar in it.



Diplomat coffee

Ingredients:(2 cups)

  • 2,5 cl espresso
  • 5 cl egg nog
  • whipped cream, cocoa for the decorating

Making: We pour the egg nog in a warmed cup and filter the coffee on the top. We put the whipped cream on the top of the coffee and decorate with cocoa.



Spicy cofee


  • 1 small part of cinnamon
  • 1 stick of vanilla
  • 1-1 peel of an orange and a lemon
  • 2 dl cognac
  • 6 sugarcubes
  • 6 cups of strong cofee

Making:A fűszereket a vékony csíkokra vágott citrom- és narancshéjjal összekeverjük. Hozzáadjuk a cukrot, meglocsoljuk  a konyakkal, kislángon felforraljuk, és flambírozzuk (meggyújtjuk, majd levesszük a tűzről, hagyjuk, hogy elaludjon a láng). A forró kávét nagyon lassan beleöntjük, és néhány percig állni hagyjuk. Leszűrjük, és hőálló poharakba töltjük.



Georgia 'n Ginger

This fancy, peachy and ginger coffee named after Georgia state, in the USA.


  • 30 dkg canned sliced peaches
  • 5 dl espresso
  • 1 spoon brown sugar
  • cinnamon, ginger for flavour
  • whipped cream and filed orange peel for decorating

Making: Put 2,5 dl water to a pot, give the brown sugar, the cinnamon, the ginger and the juice of the peachos to it. Boil it on slow fire. Turmix the peaches with the half of the coffee and put it to the boiled juice. At the end mix it with the other half of the coffee.

Decorate with whipped cream and filed orange peel.



Irish coffee


  • 6 cups of hot and strong turkish coffee
  • 1 big glass of cream (240 gr)
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup of irish whisky

Making: Mix the cream and the sugar and fill with the whisky and the coffee after it mix it again.

Pour the coffee in 6 cups and decorate with the cream.



Jamaican coffee


  • 2-3 slices of orange
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 dl coffee
  • 5 cl jamaican rum
  • icing sugar

Making: Put the orange and the lemon in a pot. Fill it with the coffee and boil them. Before it will be boiled then give the rum and the sugar to it. Take off the fire after 3 minutes and let the flavours develop. Pour to a cup untill it is warm.


Carribean coffee

Ingredients: (2 glasses)

  • 6 dl cold coffee
  • 1 sile of pineapple
  • half of an orange and a lemon in slices
  • 1 coffeespoon Angostura bitter
  • sugar
  • ice cube
  • orange peel for the decoration

Making: Put the slice of the fruits in a deep dish and pour the cold water on it. Mix it and put the fridge about an hour. After we take out from the frideg pick out the fruits from the mixture and give the sugar and the Angostura bitter to it. Pour the ready coffee to long drink glasses (put some ice cubes to the bottom of the glass) and decorate with orange peel.



Mexican coffee

Ingredients:(4 mugs)

  • 5 dl strong espress
  • 3 cl chocolate syrup
  • 1,2 dl cream
  • 2 spoons brown sugar
  • cinnamon, nutmeg for flavour
  • whipped cream and cinnamon parts for decorate

Making: Mix the ingredients except the coffee. After it pour the hot coffee on it. Pour the ready beverage in the mugs and decorate with whipped cream and cinnamon parts.
